Shipping policy

We offer door-to-door delivery to almost anywhere in South Africa. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order processing begins on order confirmation and receipt of full payment. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are usually delivered in 2-4 days once dispatched. You will receive shipping updates via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at checkout.

All orders are shipped using economy road freight courier. Please allow for up to 10 days processing/delivery time for heavy/large items and remote areas.
