Agri-Magnesium Chelate Liquid Organic Fertiliser combines magnesium with fulvic acid and earthworm exudate to enhance uptake when plants are deficient. Magnesium is central to chlorophyll formation and cellular energy transfer, supporting photosynthesis, protein and carbohydrate synthesis, and oil formation in crops such as soya and macadamias. This liquid magnesium chelate fertiliser provides foliar nutrition during critical growth stages as part of a balanced feeding programme, particularly where crop demand increases during fruit, nut or grain development. Magnesium deficiency is more likely in acidic, leached or sandy soils and where nutrient imbalances restrict availability.

• Typical application rates:
  • Wheat and barley: 1–3 L/ha at tillering and flag-leaf stages, at a maximum concentration of 500 ml per 100 L water.
  • Maize: 1–3 L/ha at tasselling, at a maximum concentration of 500 ml per 100 L water.
  • Soya: 3–5 L/ha just after sowing. At early pod development, R4–R7 stages, apply 3–5 L/ha at a maximum concentration of 1 L per 100 L water.
  • Groundnuts: 1–3 L/ha per application at the beginning of flowering and at pod development, at a maximum concentration of 500 ml per 100 L water.
  • Sugar cane: 3–5 L/ha at knee height, at a maximum concentration of 1 L per 100 L water.
  • Citrus and subtropical fruit trees, including macadamias, avocados, mangoes and coffee: Foliar application at 5–7 L/ha during spring and summer leaf flushes and after harvesting, at a maximum concentration of 500 ml per 100 L water. Apply a medium- to full-cover spray when new leaves are approximately two-thirds expanded.
  • Citrus and subtropical fruit trees, soil application through irrigation: 20–50 L/ha.
  • Vegetable and fruit crops, including cucurbits, tomatoes, potatoes, onions and tobacco: 1–3 L/ha per application at 3–7 weeks after planting or emergence and at seeding/fruiting stages, at a maximum concentration of 500 ml per 100 L water.
