The OZtrail Blaxland Hooded Sleeping Bag is engineered for campers who need reliable warmth when temperatures drop to zero and below. At its core are two offset 150gsm layers of non-allergenic ExoTherm® X synthetic fill — a dual-layer construction that eliminates cold spots and maintains consistent insulation across the full length of the bag. The integrated drawcord hood seals in warmth around your head and neck, making a real difference on those biting winter nights in the Drakensberg, Cederberg, or Karoo highlands. The 170T polyester outer shell is tough and durable, while the Airweave polycotton liner keeps the sleeping surface breathable and comfortable. A #5 coil zip with auto-lock mechanism and an overlapping side zipper adds an extra layer of warmth along the zip line, backed by an integrated draft tube that blocks cold air from entering. A Velcro closure at the top lets you fine-tune ventilation without fully unzipping. Uniquely, two Blaxland bags can be zipped together to create a double sleeping bag — a practical feature for couples or shared camp setups. Packs into the included 170T polyester stuff sack for easy transport.
